1Data We Collect
A. Data you provide directly.
- Account data — name, work email, organization, and role provided at sign-up.
- Profile & brief data — partnership preferences, budgets, target markets, deal types, and similar inputs you submit.
- Payment data — billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
B. Data collected automatically. Device and log information, pages viewed, searches run, features used, and similar usage and analytics data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
C. Public entertainment data we process. To provide the Service, we compile publicly available and licensed third-party information about artists, groups, events, and entertainment entities — such as public profiles, social and streaming metrics, and news signals. This is business/market data about public figures and entities, processed to produce analytics and scores; it is not used to build advertising profiles of you.
D. What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data or data from children under 18, and we do not require them to use the Service.
